The project "Theatre - Rehearsal of Successful Integration into Job Market" is supported by Nordplus Adult. Experts from different fields - artists, job coaches, psychologists, etc. - worked together. They came from 4 countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Iceland. All of them applied method of Forum theatre in their work with unemployed people and helped them to develop competencies necessary for successful integration into job market. Their experience was summarized in the methodological material "Rehearsal for Job seekers".
